Designsbyliakay.com orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Shipping service are processed and shipped in 4-10 business days, depending on product availability. 2nd Day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package(s) for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping packaging to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-309-750-1929.

 

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
